About this exercise

An abdominal machine exercise using the Ab Coaster lever, where you kneel on a pad and drive your knees upward in an arc toward your chest. The curved track eliminates hip flexor dominance and keeps tension on the abs throughout the range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Kneel on the machine's knee pads and grip the handles firmly on either side
  • Keep your upper body stable and your core braced
  • Drive your knees upward and forward in a smooth arc, curling your pelvis toward your chest
  • Squeeze your abs hard at the top of the movement
  • Slowly lower your knees back along the track to the starting position under control
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
