EasyAbs

About this exercise

An abdominal exercise performed lying on your back with your head slightly raised off the floor, alternating raising each straight leg upward while keeping your core braced and lower back pressed down. The head-up position adds continuous tension to the abs throughout the movement.

How to Perform

  • Lie on your back on a mat with both legs extended and arms flat at your sides
  • Lift your head and upper shoulders slightly off the floor, keeping your chin tucked
  • Press your lower back firmly into the mat and engage your core
  • Raise one straight leg upward to roughly 90 degrees while keeping the other leg hovering just above the floor
  • Lower the raised leg back toward the floor and simultaneously raise the opposite leg
  • Continue alternating in a controlled, smooth rhythm without letting either foot touch the ground
  • Keep your head elevated and core braced throughout the entire set
