How to Perform

  • Lie on your back on a mat with legs straight and head slightly lifted off the floor
  • Press your lower back firmly into the mat and brace your core
  • Raise both legs together to a vertical position
  • Push your hips upward by contracting your abs, lifting them off the mat
  • Slowly lower your hips back to the floor
  • Lower your legs with control back to the starting position without letting them touch the ground
