EasyAbs

About this exercise

A seated bodyweight core exercise that combines a controlled lean-back position with alternating ankle taps to challenge abdominal strength and control. By leaning back at an angle and reaching toward each ankle, the abs are kept under constant tension throughout the movement.

How to Perform

  • Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat, hip-width apart
  • Lean your torso back at about a 45-degree angle, engaging your core
  • Extend both arms forward and slightly to the sides
  • Tap your right hand to your right ankle, then return to center
  • Tap your left hand to your left ankle, then return to center
  • Continue alternating taps at a controlled pace, keeping your back straight
  • Avoid rounding the lower back — maintain the lean throughout each rep
