About this exercise

A dynamic cardio exercise combining lateral shuffles with side crunches to engage the obliques and abs while improving agility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.

How to Perform

  • Stand in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent and feet a little wider than hip-width
  • Shuffle two to three steps to the right, staying low and light on your feet
  • At the end of the shuffle, bring both hands behind your head and perform a side crunch, driving the elbow toward the hip
  • Immediately shuffle to the left and repeat the crunch on that side
  • Keep your core engaged and maintain a continuous, quick rhythm throughout
