MediumUpper chest

About this exercise

A chest-focused pressing movement performed kneeling, with both palms pressed firmly against the sleeve of a landmine barbell throughout the entire rep. Actively squeezing the hands together creates sustained pectoral tension even during the pressing phase.

How to Perform

  • Secure a barbell in a landmine attachment and kneel facing the free end on both knees, hips-width apart
  • Cup both hands around the sleeve end of the bar at chest height and press your palms forcefully together
  • Keep the squeeze active and drive the bar forward and slightly upward until your arms are fully extended
  • Hold the top position briefly while maintaining the inward palm pressure
  • Lower the bar back to chest height with control, keeping the squeeze throughout
  • Reset your position and repeat for the desired number of reps
