How to Perform

  • Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair and grip the sides of the seat firmly beside your hips
  • Press down through your hands to lift your hips slightly off the seat, keeping arms straight
  • Extend your legs out straight in front of you to reach the L-sit position
  • Kick your legs upward as high as possible while keeping arms straight and shoulders stable
  • Lower your legs back to the L-sit position with control and repeat
