How to Perform

  • Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes angled outward
  • Place a kettlebell on the floor between your feet and grip the handle with both hands
  • Hinge at the hips and lower into a sumo stance with your chest up and back flat
  • Explosively drive your hips forward and pull the kettlebell upward along your body
  • Lead with your elbows, pulling them high and wide until the kettlebell reaches chin height
  • Pause briefly at the top with elbows above the kettlebell
  • Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position in a controlled motion
  • Reset your hips and repeat for the target number of reps
