EasyBiceps

About this exercise

A biceps curl variation where both palms press firmly against the sides of a kettlebell held horizontally throughout the movement. The constant inward squeeze activates the chest isometrically and intensifies the biceps contraction, making it an effective accessory exercise for arm development.

How to Perform

  • Stand upright holding a kettlebell horizontally by pressing both palms firmly against its sides, not the handle
  • Keep your elbows tucked close to your torso and maintain constant inward pressure throughout the movement
  • Curl the kettlebell upward by flexing both elbows while continuing to squeeze the bell
  • Bring the kettlebell to shoulder height
  • Pause at the top and squeeze your biceps
