How to Perform

  • Step one foot forward into a half-kneeling position, placing your foot flat on the floor
  • Drive through your front foot and rear knee to rise to a full standing position
  • Stand tall with feet together, maintaining an upright posture
  • Reverse the movement by stepping one leg back into half-kneeling, then lower the trailing knee to the ground
  • Alternate the leading leg with each repetition
