How to Perform

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding two kettlebells at thigh height with a firm grip
  • Hinge slightly at the hips to load the posterior chain into the hang position
  • Explosively extend your hips and shrug one shoulder to drive one kettlebell upward
  • Guide the kettlebell into the rack position at shoulder height by pulling your elbow high and under
  • Lower the cleaned kettlebell back to the hang position with control
  • Immediately repeat the motion on the opposite side, alternating continuously
