About this exercise

A corrective mobility drill that trains active internal rotation of the hip joint. It targets the inner thigh muscles and hip internal rotators to improve rotational range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support balanced hip function.

How to Perform

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor
  • Keep your pelvis neutral and engage your core lightly
  • Slowly guide one knee inward, internally rotating the hip
  • Move only as far as your range of motion allows without the pelvis tilting
