Hip Circles Stretch is a dynamic mobility drill that involves rotating the hips in large circular motions to loosen the hip joints, warm up surrounding muscles, and improve range of motion. It is commonly used as a warm-up or cool-down movement.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips
  • Shift your hips to one side and begin drawing a large circle with them
  • Continue rotating the hips forward, to the other side, and backward in a smooth, controlled motion
  • Complete the desired number of circles in one direction
  • Reverse the direction and repeat for the same number of circles
