How to Perform

  • Stand facing or beside the padded stool and place your hands on it for light support
  • Engage your core and maintain an upright torso
  • Drive your right knee up toward your chest as high as possible
  • Quickly switch legs, bringing the left knee up as the right foot returns to the floor
  • Continue alternating legs at a brisk, rhythmic pace
  • Keep your movements controlled and your core tight throughout
