How to Perform

  • Hold the hand spring device in one hand with your forearm resting on a flat surface or your thigh
  • Position your wrist over the edge so it can move freely
  • Curl your wrist and fingers downward to compress the spring fully
  • Hold the contraction briefly, feeling the squeeze in your forearm
  • Slowly release back to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • Complete all reps on one side before switching hands
