About this exercise

A gentle dynamic stretch where you hinge forward at the hips and rock your weight between your toes and heels. It loosens the hamstrings, calves, and lower back while improving posterior chain flexibility and circulation.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly soft
  • Hinge forward at the hips and let your torso hang toward the floor, arms dangling freely
  • Rock your weight slowly forward onto your toes, then back onto your heels
  • Keep your head and arms relaxed and hanging throughout the movement
  • Continue rocking rhythmically for the desired duration, gradually increasing range with each rep
