How to Perform

  • Stand facing a wall at arm's length and place both forearms flat against it at chest height
  • Shift your weight toward the wall and then push yourself back by pressing through your forearms
  • Reposition your hands to a wide grip on the wall, fingers pointing slightly outward
  • Perform a push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your chest toward the wall
  • Press back to the starting wide-grip position
  • Return to the forearm position to complete one rep
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps
