A full-range core exercise that begins lying on the floor with feet anchored and progresses through a sit-up all the way to a standing position at the top of each rep. The movement demands strong abdominal engagement, hip flexor power, and coordination through the full range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Anchor your feet under a stable surface or have a partner hold them, then lie on your back with knees bent
  • Contract your core and perform a sit-up, rising to an upright seated position
  • Continue the momentum to bring yourself to a full standing position
  • Pause briefly at the top, then control your descent back to seated
  • Lower yourself fully back to the floor under control
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining a smooth, continuous movement
