About this exercise

The EZ bar curl builds biceps strength and size, while the angled grip reduces strain on the wrists compared with a straight bar.

How to Perform

  • Stand upright holding an EZ bar with an underhand grip on the inner angled sections, hands shoulder-width apart
  • Keep your elbows close to your sides and your back straight
  • Curl the bar upward toward your shoulders by bending your elbows
