About this exercise

A standing or seated stretch targeting the elbow flexors — primarily the biceps — by extending the arm and applying gentle pressure to the hand and wrist. Regular practice helps improve elbow mobility and reduces tension in the upper arm caused by repetitive gripping or curling movements.

How to Perform

  • Extend one arm in front of you with the elbow fully straight and palm facing up
  • Use the opposite hand to gently press the fingers and wrist downward toward the floor
  • Hold the stretch, feeling the tension along the front of the forearm and upper arm
  • Release slowly, then switch arms and repeat
