How to Perform

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor
  • Hold a dumbbell with both hands and extend your arms straight above your chest
  • Brace your core and perform a full sit-up, keeping your arms straight throughout
  • At the top, rotate your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell toward the outside of that knee
  • Rotate back to center, then lower your upper body back to the floor with control
  • Alternate the twist direction each rep
