How to Perform

  • Stand in front of a sturdy step or box holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides
  • Place one foot firmly on the step and drive through that heel to step up onto the platform
  • As you step up, curl both dumbbells toward your shoulders
  • Fully extend at the top, then lower the dumbbells and step back down with control
  • Complete all reps on one side before switching legs, or alternate legs each rep
