How to Perform

  • Stand with one foot forward and one foot back in a stable split stance, holding a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing forward
  • Keep your torso upright and your elbows tucked close to your sides
  • Curl both dumbbells upward toward your shoulders by flexing your elbows
  • Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement
  • Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control
  • Complete all reps, then switch foot positions and repeat
