How to Perform

  • Hold a dumbbell in one hand at shoulder height, palm facing forward
  • Lift the opposite foot off the ground and balance on one leg
  • Brace your core and keep your hips level throughout the press
  • Press the dumbbell directly overhead until your arm is fully extended
  • Lower the dumbbell with control back to shoulder height and repeat for the desired reps
  • Switch the standing leg and pressing arm for the next set
