How to Perform

  • Keep your upper arm stationary and close to your head throughout the movement
  • Lower one dumbbell behind your head by bending the elbow until your forearm is parallel to the floor
  • Extend the arm back to the starting position, squeezing the triceps at the top
  • Alternate arms with each repetition
