How to Perform

  • Lie face-down on a flat bench with your hips positioned at the edge
  • Grip a dumbbell between your feet or ankles to secure it
  • Raise your legs upward until they are parallel to the floor, squeezing your glutes at the top
  • Hold briefly at the top of the movement
  • Lower your legs slowly back toward the floor under control
