How to Perform

  • Kneel on both knees on the floor with a dumbbell in each hand, arms at your sides
  • Step your right foot forward and plant it flat on the floor in front of you
  • Drive through your right heel and extend your hips to rise to a standing position, bringing your left foot up to meet the right
  • Stand fully upright at the top with a tall posture
  • Reverse the motion by stepping your right foot back and lowering your left knee to the floor
  • Return to the starting tall kneeling position in a controlled manner
  • Complete all reps leading with the same leg, then switch sides
