How to Perform

  • Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline
  • Lie face down on the bench with your chest against the pad, legs extended behind you for support
  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral (hammer) grip, arms hanging straight down
  • Retract your shoulder blades and row both dumbbells upward toward your hips
  • Squeeze your lats at the top of the movement
  • Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with arms fully extended
  • Keep your chest in contact with the bench throughout the set
