A back rowing exercise performed in a bent-over position with the forehead or forearm braced against a wall for support. The wall eliminates torso sway and momentum, allowing full concentration on driving the elbows back and engaging the lats and mid-back.

How to Perform

  • Rest your forehead or forearm on the wall for support, holding a dumbbell in each hand
  • Let the dumbbells hang with arms fully extended toward the floor
