About this exercise

A high-intensity plyometric drill combining rapid double knee drives toward the chest with a lateral arm swipe, challenging the core, hip flexors, and shoulders simultaneously. The compound nature of the movement makes it an effective full-body conditioning exercise.

How to Perform

  • Stand in an athletic stance with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised in front of you
  • Quickly drive both knees up toward your chest in a double-knee thrust
  • As the knees drive up, sweep or swipe your arms downward and to one side
