How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward
  • Lower into a deep squat, keeping your chest tall and knees tracking over your toes
  • Explode upward into a jump and land softly with bent knees
  • Immediately perform a second jump from the landing position
