How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides
  • Inhale deeply as you descend into a full squat, swinging your arms wide out to the sides like wings
  • Exhale forcefully as you explode upward, driving through your heels into a jump
  • Swing your arms inward as you rise to assist the upward drive
  • Land softly with knees slightly bent to absorb impact
  • Immediately transition into the next rep with controlled breathing
