How to Perform

  • Attach a rope handle to a high cable pulley
  • Grasp the rope and face away from the machine
  • Bring your arms overhead with elbows bent, holding the rope behind your head
  • Keep your elbows close to your head and upper arms stationary throughout
  • Extend your forearms forward and upward by fully straightening your elbows
  • Squeeze the triceps firmly at full extension
  • Slowly return the rope behind your head to the starting position
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps
