About this exercise

A single-arm cable curl performed with a neutral (hammer) grip, targeting the biceps and brachioradialis. The low-pulley cable provides constant tension throughout the full range of motion, making it an effective isolation exercise for arm development.

How to Perform

  • Grasp the handle with a neutral grip (palm facing your torso) in one hand
  • Stand tall with your elbow close to your side and your arm fully extended
  • Curl the handle upward toward your shoulder while keeping your upper arm stationary
