How to Perform

  • Attach an ankle strap to the low pulley and fasten it to one ankle
  • Kneel on the floor facing the cable machine, supporting yourself on both hands and the free knee
  • Engage your core and keep your back flat throughout the movement
  • Drive the strapped leg straight back and up until your thigh is parallel to the floor
  • Squeeze the glute hard at the top of the movement
  • Slowly return the knee to the starting position without letting it touch the floor
