About this exercise

How to Perform

  • Set both pulleys of a cable crossover machine to a high or mid position and attach D-handles
  • Stand in the center, cross your arms and grasp the right cable with your left hand and the left cable with your right hand
  • Bend forward slightly at the hips, maintaining a straight back
  • Pull both handles apart in a wide arc, bringing your arms out to the sides and slightly behind you
  • Squeeze your rear deltoids at the end of the movement
