About this exercise

A full-body conditioning movement that combines the classic burpee with a rotational jump at the top, adding an oblique and core challenge to an already demanding exercise. It targets the legs, chest, triceps, and core in one continuous sequence.

How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Bend down, place your hands on the floor, and jump your feet back into a high-plank position
  • Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the floor
  • Press back up and jump your feet towards your hands
  • Explode into a jump, twisting your torso to one side at the peak
  • Land softly with bent knees and immediately move into the next rep, alternating the twist direction
