About this exercise

Low-impact plyometric drill performed in a wide stance where you bounce rhythmically and tap your inner thighs or knees together, directly targeting the hip adductors while elevating your heart rate. It combines mobility with cardiovascular conditioning.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes turned slightly outward
  • Bend your knees into a shallow squat position
  • Begin bouncing lightly on the balls of your feet
  • On each bounce, tap your inner thighs or knees toward each other
  • Keep the movement rhythmic and controlled
  • Maintain an upright chest and engaged core throughout
  • Continue for the prescribed duration
