About this exercise

A resistance band biceps curl performed with both arms simultaneously in the standard supinated grip. The band provides increasing tension throughout the curl, effectively targeting the biceps brachii through a full range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Stand on the center of the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Hold one end of the band in each hand with a supinated (palms-up) grip, arms extended down at your sides
  • Keep your elbows pinned close to your torso throughout the movement
  • Curl both hands upward toward your shoulders by flexing your biceps
  • Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement
  • Slowly lower your hands back to the starting position under control
