About this exercise

How to Perform

  • Begin marching in place by lifting each knee to hip height alternately
  • Simultaneously make large, controlled circles with both arms — forward for several reps, then backward
  • Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture throughout
  • Breathe rhythmically and sustain the movement for the prescribed duration
