How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet together and arms by your sides
  • Begin marching in place by lifting one knee to hip height
  • Simultaneously raise both arms overhead as you lift the knee
  • Lower the arms as you return the foot to the floor
  • Continue marching and coordinating the arm raises at a steady rhythm for the desired duration
