How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended at shoulder height or hands clasped in front of your chest
  • Pulse your torso to the right with a small lateral crunch while simultaneously reaching your right arm down toward your right hip
  • Add a slight rotational twist as you pulse, engaging the oblique
  • Return to center and repeat on the left side
  • Keep the movement compact and rhythmic, focusing on squeezing the oblique with each pulse
  • Alternate sides continuously throughout the set
