How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides
  • Shift your weight onto your left foot and kick your right leg forward to hip height, keeping the leg relatively straight
  • Simultaneously circle both arms forward in large, controlled loops
  • Lower your right foot and immediately shift weight to kick the left leg forward
  • Continue alternating legs in a fluid, rhythmic motion
  • Keep your core engaged and your standing leg slightly bent for balance
  • Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement
