A dynamic cardio exercise performed standing in place where you alternate forward kicks, extending each leg at the hip and knee. It targets the quadriceps and hip flexors while improving balance, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.

How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and hands raised in a guard position in front of your chest
  • Shift your weight onto your left foot for balance
  • Drive your right knee up and then extend your leg forward in a controlled front kick
  • Return your right foot to the floor and shift weight to the right foot
  • Drive your left knee up and extend your left leg forward in a front kick
  • Continue alternating legs at a steady, controlled pace
  • Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture throughout
