About this exercise

A dynamic plyometric drill that combines alternating forward steps with coordinated arm swings to elevate heart rate and improve lower-body coordination. The rhythmic arm motion reinforces stride mechanics and drives cardiovascular conditioning.

How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides
  • Step forward with your right foot while simultaneously swinging your left arm forward and right arm back
  • Return to the starting position and immediately step forward with your left foot, swinging your right arm forward and left arm back
  • Maintain an upright posture and keep your core braced throughout
  • Continue alternating legs at a controlled, rhythmic pace for the desired duration
