About this exercise

A dynamic core exercise that combines a rotational trunk twist with a toe tap to target the obliques and abdominals. Performed from a supine position, it builds rotational strength and challenges coordination while keeping constant tension on the core.

How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, arms extended toward the ceiling
  • Engage your core and lift your shoulder blades slightly off the mat
  • Rotate your upper body to the right and reach both hands toward your right foot, tapping your toes
  • Return to center with control
  • Rotate to the left and tap your left foot
  • Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions
