About this exercise

A wrist mobility drill that curls the hand downward at the wrist, activating and improving the range of motion of the wrist flexor muscles on the inner forearm. Beneficial for grip strength development, injury prevention, and rehabilitation of the wrist and forearm.

How to Perform

  • Extend one arm in front of you with the palm facing up
  • Keep your forearm still and slowly curl your hand downward at the wrist
  • Hold the end position for the prescribed duration
  • Slowly return the hand to the neutral position
  • Repeat on the opposite wrist

The Wrist Flexion is a foundational movement that builds strength and muscle through controlled, progressive overload. Train it 1 to 2 times per week with 3 to 5 working sets per session, gradually adding weight or reps as form holds up.
