How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet together and arms extended in front of you at chest height
  • Step one foot back into a staggered stance
  • Lower your torso slightly and bend your elbows, bringing your hands toward your chest
  • Explosively extend your arms back to the starting position while stepping the foot forward
  • Alternate legs with each step back, maintaining balance and control
  • Keep your core engaged and your back flat throughout
  • Perform the movement at a controlled, rhythmic pace
