About this exercise

A high-intensity plyometric exercise where you squat down to touch the floor and then explosively jump upward with arms raised overhead, mimicking a touchdown celebration. The movement builds explosive leg power and elevates the heart rate effectively.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides
  • Quickly lower into a deep squat and touch the floor with both hands
  • Explosively push through both feet and jump straight up
  • Extend your arms fully overhead at the peak of the jump
  • Land softly with bent knees and hips to absorb the impact
  • Immediately flow into the next repetition
