About this exercise

A bodyweight forearm exercise where you clench your fists tightly and rotate the wrists through their full range of motion, building grip strength, forearm endurance, and wrist mobility simultaneously.

How to Perform

  • Stand or sit comfortably with arms extended in front of you or hanging at your sides
  • Clench both fists as tightly as possible
  • Slowly rotate your wrists in a full circular motion, moving through the complete range of motion
  • Complete the designated number of rotations in one direction, then reverse
  • Maintain maximum grip tension throughout the entire movement
  • Keep the rotation smooth and controlled — avoid jerking or rushing through the range
